Top 10 Star Wars Droids

They're helpful, unique, and just a little bit sassy. Droids are a key part of the Star Wars Universe by repairing things, helping out on missions, and translating different languages.  Want to know more? Here's a list of the Top 10 Droids in the Star Wars Universe, counting down from number 10 to the best!

10. MOUSE DROID

Mouse Droids are the tiniest and mightiest droids! They roll around imperial bases, performing small repairs. One of the most well known Mouse Droids is CH-33Z (or Cheese) the Mouse Droid from The Star Wars Show.

9. GNK (GONK) DROID

The GNK Droid. Simple, useful, and mostly mistaken for a walking trash can. The GNK Droid is basically a walking battery, which recharges vehicles and ships.

Imperial Probe Droids can search the galaxy and find any rebel of your choice! It can defend itself with a built-in blaster!

Most known for interrogating Princess Leia Organa on the Death Star, the Interrogation Droid is from the Dark Side and can interrogate and torture prisoners both physically and mentally, and can get any information out of anyone.

The 2-1B Medical Droid has treated many of our favorite character's, such as Luke Skywalker, Hera Syndula, Anakin Skywalker, and many more!  Thank a 2-1B Medical Droid for Luke Skywalker's replaced right hand.

"ROGER, ROGER!"  The B1 Battle Droid lacks combat training, but makes up for it in numbers. They're ready to take down any Clone, but will also take the next chance to run away from a Jedi!

This Separatist droid is the perfect weapon to take down intruders! With its built in duel blasters and shield, it could even stump a Jedi!

The MagnaGuard is one of the perfect droids to take down a Jedi! With its electrostaff, MagnaGuards guarded and helped Sith Lords in battle, such as Count Dooku, and General Grievous!

The Protocol Droid is a classy droid that can be used for etiquette, translating languages, and to aid political officials. C3-PO would be a fine example of a Protocol Droid, except he gets more action than any other Protocol Droid gets in 365 rotations (translation: 365 days on our planet)!

Astromech Droids come in many different shapes and sizes, such as a BB unit or a R2 unit, but that's what makes them all unique. Astromechs are also very helpful to everyone, from helping to pilot a ship, to helping with small repairs, to even helping a small group of rebels to escape a trash compactor on the Death Star!  (Look for more, exciting things Astomechs can do by watching BB-8 in the new movie: Star Wars, The Last Jedi).
