STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS IS COMING BACK!!!

On July 19, 2018, Dave Filoni announced at the San Diego Comic Con that Star Wars: The Clone Wars will have 12 brand new episodes on Disney's new direct-to-consumer streaming service!

Star Wars: The Clone Wars first aired in 2008, a television series set between Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The stories that were told included characters that we know and love, such as Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Padme Amidala, and also introduced some new characters that we learned to love, like Ahsoka Tano, Captain Rex, and Cad Bane. But unfortunately, the series was left unfinished. UNTIL NOW!!!!! 😁

The release of the series on Disney's new streaming service is sad to be 2019. The new episodes will be new adventures of the Jedi AND have the story of the Siege of Mandalore!

A new trailer has also been released, giving us some new first looks at the animation and the return of Ahsoka!
